Comments: The Kalanchoe genus contains many different species, all very different from each other. The most commonly grown species is the Florists Kalanchoe, because of how easy it is to encourage flowering. Other species are only grown for their foliage and will often be found in assorted succulent displays. One of the most interesting Kalanchoes is the Mother of Millions; a plant that produces live baby plants on the leaf edges. These small plants come complete with their own dangling roots and just need to be brushed off to the ground to continue growing on their own, completely bypassing the need for seeds. Due to how easy this plant reproduces, it can be very invasive in tropical areas.

Toxicity: Very rare chances of vomiting, diarrhea, and abnormal heart rhythm.  Large quantities of the plant must be ingested for these effects.
