This beautiful Jade Plant features elegant white colouration and a pink hue on newly emerging leaves with enough light. The mature growth has the appearance of bark, making for a perfect tropical bonsai!

Common Pests: Mealybugs, Aphids, Spider Mites, Scale, Thrips.

Common Issues: Root rot when overwatered. Water left on leaves can cause scorch spots. Will stretch with insufficient light. Prone to leaf drop. 

Comments: A very popular houseplant due to its low-maintenance. Owners can easily go on vacation without worrying about watering the plant as it can go weeks and sometimes months without water. The plant is available in large and dwarf leaf sizes and can be found variegated as well. Sometimes used as a tropical bonsai, but it is not recommended to wire the branches as they are succulent and could  snap easily. Crassula ovata will rarely flower indoors.

Toxicity: Ingesting can cause vomiting, depression, and incoordination.
